Sometimes pictures speak a thousand words, but in this case it cannot say enough about this new home we constructed in Nassau County, Florida, near Jacksonville.

The home is over 4,800 square feet, but the truly redeeming points of this home are the things you don’t see.  This neighborhood is a well and septic area.  You wouldn't’t be able to tell due the new engineering and water systems we incorporated without the tell tale mounds and huge water holding tanks.

The design of the home was done in close correspondence with one of the premier home designers in NE Florida.  His resume included some of the largest, national custom home builders in the nation. 

The time we both spent designing and redesigning this home had helped us manage the building process with efficiency and quality.  It’s obvious with the barrel style roof, the synthetic stucco finish and custom paver drive and walkways that our intention was to build this home to the highest of construction and quality standards,  but the process is something we take pride in.  You will find when you build a custom home, that if the process is well planned, the quality will show through no matter what your looking at in a home.

This is just one shining example of work we have done in the last few years. Even in a construction downturn, there is still construction going on in Jacksonville and the surrounding area.

Quality and Privacy

The most interesting things about a home usually are what you find on the inside.  This picture of our most popular design while beautiful in elevation and landscape pales in comparison to what we did inside. 

This home boasts a pool and covered exterior kitchen that the home is built around!  These front doors don’t open to your typical foyer, but this courtyard area that is breath taking.  It also has separate in law quarters with a kitchenette and master bath quality quarters.

The design of the home took several months to plan but the end product became well worth the work.  Again this home is built with quality and privacy in mind.  The extended bonus room serves as a great teen/children area that is a living room and bedroom with bath. 

There are so many things that we could tell you about this home, but seeing would be believing.  We are at the forefront of our industry, constantly keeping up with the changes and improvements that are made every day.  That is why our homes stand above most in our market.

Mediterranean feel for the Outdoor Enthusiast

One of the things we found in our client needs study is that everyone has become more active.  That is one of the reasons that we added a fourth garage in some of our homes.

Not only is it a fourth garage, but it can fit up to a class “C” RV or up to a 32’ boat!  This versatile area is something that can be flexible to most outdoor enthusiast and contain most outdoor recreational vehicles inside of your own home.  Of course, this isn't important to everyone, so we also designed this home with a Mediterranean feel in mind.  This popular elevation incorporates the true barrel tile roof and synthetic stucco finish for the clean lines of the home.

Inside the home is more than 4,500 square feet consisting of four bedrooms, four bathes, separate study and extended bonus room.  Behind the home is more than 600 square feet of covered patio that begs the hosting of an outdoor get together.  While designing the points of this home with the architect, flow and accent points inside the home were important to not only us but the clients who have a need to the finer things in life.  We actually had a custom brick wine closet built into the home with wrought iron gate for access, a design point that supports that Mediterranean feel.
